To that end, Graphite maintains reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all ePHI (electronic Protected Health Information) – created, received, maintained, or transmitted on behalf of our Covered Entity clients.
Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
We have updated our client facing Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for the Omnibus Rule, and you can email us to get a copy. Please submit signed BAAs or questions about BAAs to customercare@graphite.com.
How Do I Complete A Business Associate Agreement?
If you would like to complete this process, you can make a request to customercare@graphite.com that your organization’s customized BAA be sent via email. We ask that your organization’s legal contact sign the BAA on behalf of your organization. The legal contact is defined as the person(s) that is responsible for signing contracts for the practice/business. Simply review, sign, and return it to us for signing on our end. We’ll return a copy for your records.
If you need a copy of the existing BAA on file for your organization, you can request this from customercare@graphite.com.
